Mechanical Tutelage: Looking for someone in London with mechanical skills

Hi all. I'm a 21 year old American student who has just finished a semester in London at King's College. I have a great deal of free time now that I've turned in my last essays, and I was wondering if there is anyone in the area who would be willing to give me a little help with bike mechanics? I am a very experienced biker, but am sadly COMPLETELY ignorant mechanically. I'd love to learn about anything that anyone is willing to teach me, and I'm free for the next 10 days. So if you live in London, would be willing to give me an hour of your time, and have even the most minimal mechanical experience (seriously, if I could change my tube that would be a vast improvement) I would love to hear from you.

Not exactly what you are asking for but you should check out
There are some excellent videos on how to maintain your bike.

Good luck
