Royal Enfield Stolen in Manchester!!
Hi - this has also been posted in the Classics and vintage area of the forum.
I'm trying to get my red Royal Enfield Winchester back, so spreading the news about it being stolen everywhere that i can. It was taken from a underground carpark in Manchester, UK, on Monday 11:05pm by a middle aged bald headed male. We have CCTV footage, but no face shot so a little useless for the police to find him. However from the footage, we believe it could be my bike was targeted for it being a Enfield, as the man walked into carpark, straight over to my bike and spent 5mins breaking the kevlar lock, without even looking at or considering the other newer more expensive looking bikes chained up around mine. So I'm trying to aim this post at people who would be interested in such a bike or know someone who recently got a new bike..
I miss this bike a lot.. first racer for 15th birthday as well as being my main transport around the city, to and from jobs etc. I also grew up in ******ch where the Enfield factory was first based, and found the bike at a local shop for £70, so am pretty gutted it's now gone.
Offering a reward of £100 for information leading to the return of the bike.
Thank you
Leanne
