1940s Norman gents - 28"

New Zealand:
Have a frame forks of Norman bicycle.
Frame two piece.
Has rod brake fittings on rear fork and cable abutment and cable operated hinged lever under the BBS.
Y shaped webbing in chainwheel.pedals cottered.Faceted guards front and back.
Italic font on seat post [large] but has been painted over. p/s red/gold. chromed h/bar mount with nice curves.
frame No is 59... front RHS head.May be early Light Roadster model?
Anyone got any brake rod bits? Will need h/bars and levers too
