Box Slide Mount
 

I've been wanting to mount this box to my rear rack on a slide rail system so that I can remove and attach it with ease. I was thinking two rails one on each side of the rack would give it plenty of support and I'm willing to get creative with mounting the rails. What I can't seem to figure out is where I can find the rails I'm looking for. Ideally I would like sturdy metal rails that would lock in place once the box was pushed all the way forwards. Has anybody seen/done something similar? I could use a lead as to who might sell such rails or what they would be called. Doesn't have to be made for biking, just something sturdy and flat that can be fully seperated, locking is a bonus.

Some motorcycle boxes have this sliding mount system. Givi maybe?

maybe something from an a/v rack? I've seen some with drawers or slide outs that work that way. also while I was typing I thought maybe something from a tool box.
