The Tea Tricycle is ordered....

Some of you will remember me discussing this a couple of months ago, well, now it's a reality. We've set up a limited company, ordered the trike, found a business partner (who actually is able to go out on the thing and work!). So, next up, it's ordering some airpots, and converting the beast. Watch this thread - it's delivered on Tuesday!

Take lots of pictures when you get the trike and get things set up. Good luck, we are all pulling for your success.

Yes, good luck. I wish I could come buy tea from you, but it's a rather long (and wet) bike ride.

Let's think slogans - Guy Grand
Green Tea - Paint the bike green. Sort of obvious no further explanations needed type thing here.
Q4T - Using letters instead of words is hip with the younger demographic. Can't be bad.
Nigh Tea - Sexed up version. Can't be bad.
Pan Tea - Another sexed up version. Logo is a reclining half goat woodland creature with flute. Pipe in some Ennio Morricone music. Can't be bad.
Naugh Tea - For the ASBO set. No need to be uncivilized when your acting uncivilized. Can be bad actually.

It's just a start. No need to hand me any day glow references just yet. I'll don my think cap and it will give something to delve on all day.

Okay, after much deep contemplation we've come up with more thoughts. Mind you, these are deep thoughts from Americans, who may not quite understand the intricacies of tea. Starting off we feel the paragon authority of fine tea is symbolized by the vicar. Adapting an already well known example of the vicar, the painting "The Skating Vicar" by Sir Henry Raeburn, we come up with "The Cycling Vicar". As this might be a tempting target to ruffians, we thought of adding a subliminal device to the title suggesting that one may want to think twice before messing with the management and or staff. So there we have it, "The Cycling McVicar". With it, one connotes dedication to fine quality teas, athleticism, and don't mess with us or we'll smash your face!

One the whole we think that there is no reason that the micro brewery concept or coffee houses cannot be expanded to the tea market. Perhaps instead of baristas, employees could be referred to as "steepers". At any rate, we hope the mobile micro steepery business proves successful.
