Ortlieb Rucksack Adapter

Does anyone have the the Ortlieb Rucksack Adapter which allows you to mount an Ortleib pannier on a rucksack frame? If so, is it any good at being a rucksack?

It looks ideal for making a totally waterproof 40L rucksack as well as a pannier - cool.
