Rohloff Shifter & Titec H-bars

Hola,

So I got my Rohloff shifter installed on my H-bars and am considering a couple options for how to position the shifter [rotated forward and back] so that the cables don't interfere with the rear brake lever. If anyone is using this combo of bars and shifter I'd love to see how you have it setup.
