Hit 1,000 miles tonight...
on a quick run to get some milk 3.5 miles away. Granted, not all of those miles have been utility miles, but many were and I came from couch potato to road demon in less than a year.

Nah, I'm old school. I started an exercise program on Jan. 1 and wrote down all the miles I've run/walked and all the miles I've biked. But, a bike computer will be on the agenda soon, too.
