trailer hitch pin storage ideas.

What do you do with the pin when you remove the trailer from the hitch bracket.

That...otherwise its also attached with a bit of cord to keep it from going anywhere.

Attach the ring to the tongue of the trailer .. a bit of webbing loop on one end ,
held down on the other end by the bolt that holds in the elastomer 'Lolly'..

My Burly and Carry Freedom (city) trailer's hitch Pins both have a lanyard attaching the pin to the trailer .

For the CF-c its a Chariot part, pin is molded in the rubber strap,
unlike the one shown the hitch has a ball end to it

So, the rear wheel of my Brompton still folds down, to support the Bike when parked.

[the hitch on the bike receives that ball at right angles to the bike]
