My youngest has Down's Syndrome and I'm always looking for assisted or adapted bikes in case he can't ride a normal one in the future.

It's a bit early to tell if he will be able to ride a normal bike or not. He's only 2 1/2 years old and he rides a normal tricicle, who knows.
But the tricicle made for adults here doesnt look nice nor are adapted to children.

Today I told his phisiotherapist about this bikes, the ones you shared, and she told me to wait. Don't buy now! Was her advice, and, of course, I will wait, but I will keep the info in case I need it some years from now on.

I was looking for that postal delivery bike for a while myself - I'd seen photos of it being used by Deutsche Post. Here it is in all its glory:

Your next mission (should you choose to accept it...) is to source the trailer - it's as cool as the bike! :lol:

The Deutsche Post bikes were actually built by Biria, a German manufacturer - if you move the cursor over this photo frorm Wiki then click to magnify you'll see 'BIRIA AG' in blue on the middle seat stay.

Biria has a US distributor but that bike isn't offered. No sign of it over here in the UK either. You just wish some enterprising soul would market the bike + trailer together, as in the first photo above. Glad you found it though. :)
