Sram Gx Eagle Play in the cassette

I have movement in the top four cogs on the cassette. Holding the smaller cogs i can move the top four back and forth, any insight would be great.

How many speeds is your Sram Eagle cassette? Sounds like it might not be tightened down tight enough, or that you are missing a spacer on the freehub body.

+1
It's usual to have the bigget sprockets mounted on a common carrier, which is why they move as one unit.
