Wheelbuilders in NW Canada

Can anybody recommend someone in Prince George or Whitehorse whom they'd trust to build them a robust wheel? I'm leaving on a ~2 month tour in a couple of days and will have to get my rear hub replaced sometime before the end of it. I will get someone to ship a hub to me when it comes in, but I'm not sure if spending half a day doing it myself using the brakes as a guide and without a tension meter will result in something durable (this assuming that the spokes are close to the right length).
