I would say 'no' if you are referring to the various 'trails' (using the term loosely) listed.
The new cycling map is pretty easy to come by for free if you are involved with or attend any cycling events around the city. I think I have been given 6 so far. I think you can also get them for free at the tourist info at the forks, but you have to ask for them.
