Transporting touring bike through massey tunnel

I understand cyclists can put their bikes on the front carrier on most transit busses. I've not tryed this, and am wondering if these carriers can accommodate a fully loaded touring bike? The only alternative method to getting into Delta West is to ride over the Alex Fraser Bridge, which I've done on a bare bike, but not with a fully loaded touring bike. Open to any other suggestions.
