Alberta- Indoor Biking Facility??

Hey all,

We all know Alberta sucks for winter down time. so who would use an indoor Velodrome and BMX park? They would be seperated of course.

Next Winter, get a set of studded tires, it really isn't that cold once you start riding.

Edmonton has been trying to get a new indoor velodrome built. It was going well - until the location got axed after community non-support.

have you seen how the kids ride track bikes today? i think combining them might actually be a better idea...

You can ride a stationary bike in UofC's olympic oval. Or better yet, go speedskating.
