Received my new winter tires today from Jenson USA
I ordered three different sets of tires:
I'm all set for whatever winter throws at me this year!
45North Xerces 700C x 30c Studded
45North Dillinger 4" Fatbike Studded
Nokian Gazza Extreme 29" 294 Studs
Of course, it's going to be 64 degrees here on Christmas Day!

Hey, no complaining about awesome weather!
Fyi, I'll warn you, I think the Xerces look great, and Fatbike tires do to (though I feel like they come with to many studs by default), but I found no use personally for Nokian Gaaza Extreme's. They had all the disadvantage of fatbike tires - a floaty feel that floats on snow rather than cutting through it to the road, heavy and slow and a lot of work to push, as well as being noisy. At the same time, they're not fat enough to gain the advantages of fat bike tires - the additional snow and ice handling an actual fatbike tire has. They're to fat to gain the advantages skinny tires - cutting through the snow to the road surface, being lighter faster easier and quieter to pedal.
It's just personal opinion I suppose, but I would much rather have the 38c Gravdal's than the 2" (or so) Nokian Extreme's. I had bought a pair of Extreme's and sold them - they seem like they only have niche uses to me.

I have a similar spectrum of studded tires spread across 3 bikes, though I acquired mine over time. Nice to have options depending on road conditions.

I'll second the Nokians. I had them on a MTB 29er commuter and they are just too slow for that application and they do not dig in enough on singletrack. I much prefer the Ice Spike Pros for this application, although they are even wider they grip much better and I think better rubber.
On my commuter I use Marathon Winters and VanHelga's on my fatty for this time of year, although with no snow I still have on my Fat B Nimbles.
