Inexpensive Gloves

1 Attachment(s)
Harbor Freight has put these winter work glove on sale for $11.99. When I first these gloves, I intended to use them for shoveling or splitting wood. But they kept my hands warm and DRY. So I started wearing them at the outdoor ice rink. Last year on the 3 degree commute my hands may have been a-little cold, but come on, it was three degrees. Unfortunately, they only come in lg and extra large. What do you recommended as inexpensive gloves. Cold Weather Work Gloves, Large

I'd say that if these gloves work at 3 degrees, you've already found your pair. What is it that you don't like about them?

Ski gloves, best prices are right after winter, Of Course..

If they're Too Big you, of course, have room for adding a Liner Glove. inside ..

I liked Shell gloves and fleece liner gloves, When they got wet in the rain, were separable to dry Quicker ..

Well, I can't recommend them to people with small hands, they only come in lg and extra lg. Besides that I thought they were kind of ugly. But the fact they kept my hands both warm and dry, I got past the looks. They've been good gloves and I actually thought about a second pair while they are on sale.

I think that blue looks kind of good, myself. I don't think I'd trust any "cycling" gloves to below-zero temps. Fiets says ski gloves. So do I. Boss has a pair called the Poplin
Waterproof (#4232). The pair is like 10 bucks. A water-proof mitt to go around them would be great. I've used them in below zero, even when soaked with sweat they stay warm (I used them for winter running).
