@valleysuper great shot of the spillway! How many miles did you get down?
We had .2" of ice here, and now there's another band headed in tomorrow. Followed by something (snow, rain, ice? Roll the dice!) Saturday. Last year it was really nice with not much precip throughout the spring. It looks like a classic Midwest spring this year though!

Hey G Brain, i got in 27 yesterday and another 22 today, it was nice to be out without all the gear on. Ive been out quite a bit all winter as its been pretty dry, but today the road grime was wearing my drivetrain to pieces. So full of grit and sand, i kept shooting my water bottle on the chain and deraileur just to give it a few moments without grinding away.
Best of luck out there, stay safe

Looks like you guys in the north east are getting hammered again, how ya holding out?
It's gotten super windy here, constantly near or past 20 mph for a few days now. Been ok weather wise till today, dropped to 32°F for my ride with a straight west wind at 20mph, rain turning into sleet.
Glad to have the bar mitts on

Above freezing, no rain almost all day tomorrow. Probably around 70 road bike miles. The next day rain and snow in a winter storm. Crazy. Hope the storm is not early.

Liam's snack shack in Orleans at Nauset Beach got wrecked. I haven't been there in a while but it used to be a decent walk from the beach. well the beach came to it. our house is in the 4-14" predicted snow zone. so Wednesday night into Thursday morning should be interesting
here's a picture of how I remember it from maybe 10 yrs ago. the bldg on the left is restrooms, life guard office & office to get 4x4 oversand permits

im gonna be holed up in a trade show all week, but the weather will keep people from attending so that will prob be extra miserable.
That last storm was a good one, talking to the Mrs. id rather get 4 feet of snow over losing power anymore. seems the generator has been earning its worth the past 18 months or so.
