Unzipping your jacket when it's below zero...
don't use your teeth to hold on to the neck if you've got a metal zipper... it's really easy to freeze your tongue to the zipper. Ow. I just learned that one the hard way! My first injury of the winter season.

Hahaha... noted.
Another one is if you have steel utensils for lunch in your pannier, let them warm up to room temp before digging in!
