Endura Gridlock Jacket

Is anyone familiar with the Endura Gridlock jacket and most importantly how it stacks up to the Showerspass Elite (or Century) and the J&G waterproof? I saw the Gridlock at my LBS yesterday in hi-vis yellow, but it seems a bit heavier than I was looking for. Just wondering what anyone else knows about the brand and their jackets.

if you decide to get the endura jacket make sure you check the zipper. I had their commuter jacket which was great. the only problem was the zipper would not work all of the time. I actually just returned it to them with an upgrade to one of their fleece jackets.

I actually picked up the Gridlock and wore it today in the chill. When I got to work, you're right --- the zipper stuck. It also doesn't have good zip pulls for gloved fingers. But I do like the hi-vis yellow color. Any other suggestions for a good outer waterproof shell?
