Dangerous wind chills

I seek the wisdom of those who've endured past winters (or current even). At what low temperature and wind chill will you refuse to ride? This weekend the forecast for my area calls for negative double digit wind chills. While I've endured that as a pedestrian (walking to the bus), I wonder what long term exposure (even adequately wrapped up) might make it simply not worth the effort to ride.

I find I can withstand much colder windchill values cycling. Typically, I'm completely covered up anyway except for a small area around my eyes, so the windchill isn't really a factor. It can also help to put vasoline on any exposed skin areas.

If you start getting cold, just push harder... the extra blood flow helps a lot with keeping warm.

Coldest so far was -53c windchill value, actual temp -39c.

Well, this is my first winter riding, and so I don't have much experience, but I can absolutely say that I feel MUCH warmer riding than I do when I drive. Of course, my car is a POS, and the heat takes longer than my comute to work to get started. If I had a car that didn't suck, it might be different, but when I'm riding I'm actually DOING something. When I drive, I'm just sitting on my lazy ass, and I get REAL cold, REAL fast.
