Neoprene as a cold-finger solution
I searched the Winter forum and could not find a neoprene glove thread. I have, however, read about keeping one's wrists warm to keep the hand warm, mittens vs. gloves and so on. I wear Gator neoprene booties on my feet at temps below 20º F and they work great. Performance has these on sale and I was wondering if they alone would help, or a combination of glove solutions (with the neoprene) would keep my fingers warm.

My biggest problem with neoprene gloves [and booties] is that they provide just enough compression to squeeze the warmth out of my hands and feet. Booties can be sized larger to compensate, but I have yet to find a pair of gloves that don't make my hands cold on even warm days.

There's a reason there is no neoprene glove thread. Neoprene gloves are no good in cold weather. They will leave your hands cold and clammy. This is the Voice of Experience talking. I have a pair of Neoprene gloves, but as much as I would like for them to work .... they don't.
Go with ski gloves.
