The Ballad of The Winter Cyclist
This is my first year continuing my bike commute through the winter and I can see the end in sight. It's been a winter of unseasonable highs and lows and near record snowfalls in January.
I've been more a lurker than a poster here but I've found the information in this forum to be indispensable. Thanks everyone!
To commemorate my first winter of commuting I penned the following lines. Readers with high literary standards may wish to lie down and avoid this.
