Cold Face? This is the Answer
 

I just found this helmet and I am really excited about it. The helmet is made for snowboarding/skiing but will definately work for winter riding. Check out a review on You Tube and the product website.

I have got to get me one of these.

I'm a long time skier, boarder and winter cyclist and use a downhill racing helmet for winter cycling myself. And IMO what you're looking at there has some issues. It might be great for keeping snow and wind off your face in powder conditions, but a winter biker works harder than a boarder and works up a sweat. Combine that with condensation from your breath and the inside of that helmet will get wet fast.

Yeah , I agree, a cold face is something I want to avoid myself, and what I find works best for winter biking is also what I'm using for skiing - a full face balaclava with a neoprene face mask built-in. Bring two and change when the first one gets wet. There are several on the market, here are a few photos.

What temps do you ride in? In -10C and colder and breathing hard I think that would fog/freeze ALOT!
Your breath would go right up inside.
I started wearing Scott goggles and a neoprene half mask and it is real good to -10C.
But it even had trouble, not really fogging but ice accumulation on the inside at -15C and colder, but
that was after some pretty hard exertion and then stopping. Once you get fogged/iced in -15 and colder
it is pretty hard to clear things up. If the wind isn't howling you can lift the goggles off your face for a while
and things can dry off.
I should start carrying a clean soft piece of cloth to mop things up when it gets too bad.

Cold face? There are way better, cheaper, more versatile ways to keep your face warm. Even minimal levels of cycling exertion would make that helmet an oven filled with fog.
