Wet

Yes, I'm wet. I went out riding today and can honestly say that it sucked. The snow was horrible. It was very slippery and slushy underneath and wet on top. Freezing rain pelting me in the back of the head the whole way was annoying. The trails were unridable so I ended up leaving my bike at the beginning of the trail and hiking instead. I don't have a mountain bike because I can't find one for under $20 :o so I rode my BMX bike. Oh well.

I took some crappy pictures while I was out and about. Man, nothing went good today.

Had to leave the bike here so I wouldn't have to carry it the whole way.

Hiked up to a small cliff.

Weird looking log.

Small stream. Thankfully didn't have to cross this one.

Maybe someone will like 'em.

So, a crappy ride that could have been saved had I taken good pictures. Eh, maybe tomorrow.

Sorry about the ride. The first photo isn't bad, the last one could also be pretty good. It needs some depth though. I keep wondering what's downstream. What's that look like? The stream is a natural feature that draws my attention with it.

Caveat: I'm not a pro photographer or even a trained amateur. All my skills are self taught, but I like to think that sometimes I can compose a decent photo.
