Kona 2007 stuff for winter biking?

Been looking for something for winter city commuting, the bike has been converted to single speed.
Looking to purchase a mildly used one for $200. Just wondering if this is an overall fit for cycling on snow. I'd be willing to switch out tires.
Any suggestions ASAP would be appreciated

Any bike can be used for winter cycling. The single speed Kona Stuff that you want to buy will be just fine. I would try it the way it is but if you end up riding on ice, then you might want to think about investing in spiked tires.
