Legs Shot

This past week was a tough one. Snow, Wind, Hills and a demanding work load had my legs feeling like they belong in Boot Hill! (Has anyone had weeks like that?) My question is this, is there any way of preventing these conditions or helping to easy the pain a little?

I guess it really comes down to how desperate are you for quick recovery. Lots of racer friends swear by this Home - Elevated Legs

For me, just doing my best to stay hydrated, eat well and if my wife is up for it a massage help a lot.
