Any standard-reach caliper will work, you'll just need to get a longer recessed nut for the back and use the two serrated washers that come with the caliper in between the fork and the brake (which is their intended purpose).

Except that some front brake calipers have very short mounting bolts that don't extend far enough into the fork crown to reach the nut.
