[For fresh17's benefit] (she doesn't need taller bars apparently .. )
older Mk 2 main section was shorter.. I used mine pointed backwards and liked the weight distribution ..
sold the Mk2 .. the longer Mk4 didn't need it , it now dutchifies my winter bike .
the designated use is typically pointed forward ..
its an easy thing to install , more so than re cabling for a higher handle bar.. for a 5 foot rider..
Singapore is not known for its winter sports as I understand.
