Training Status??? (II)
fair weather cyclist
guess I bounced back
it must be all that kale I'm eating
2:30 with 7 x 8.5' with 4' recovery @ 107%
Could have kept going for a couple more intervals but ran out of time
i wonder if i have my ftp low or maybe i just have it spot on.

I don't always get the ending I want though.
Three minutes from my commute this morning...
1: Somebody comes around and passes me...him "good morning", me "howz it going"
2: Great, passed by a dude on a 1990's Cannondale MTB
3: Notice hairly legs, flat pedals, visor, and backpack
4: I turn off towards my office with my tail between my legs
Note to self, improve karma.

Planning on doing 90 or so miles tomorrow, with 35-40mi of that being in a hilly circuit race.
Feel like riding today (day off), but not sure how much I can pile on the legs..

Day 5 off my bike. May spin easy later, may not. Whatever.
Tomorrow will be some sort of openers, and Sunday probably Tokeneke. I, like, physically need to crack some skulls right now. TKP's ideal therapy is murder, apparently.

Good luck to both of you in Tonkeneke

I had a friend that would use that line every time he needed to excuse himself from a group/social situation.
Alot of people just thought he was weird, and some were really freaked out.

Went for a charity ride today. 20 guys showed in my teams kit. The guy that put it together wanted us to lead out the group. Our sponsor loved it. I intended to do the 65 mile ride and stay with our primary sponsor. I take a look back and it's just 10 of us, two Is, two ex IIs, a current II, and some strong IVs. We ended up with 95 miles. I'm spent.
