1.5 hours of commuting, split in two, then 30 minutes on the rollers when I got home. Not bad for me. Commuting with 35mm studded tires feels like I'm riding through molasses.

Big day yesterday. 4:15 endurance with some teammates in the AM. Followed in the PM with 5x5 ZCIs(TM) on the spin bike at team training session, finishing up with ~30 minutes at 70%. I was toast after that.

Day off today.

2x20s @85% (did it by heart rate). Either I am feeling great today, or I'm doing them wrong. I'll go for #2 since I don't have a PM.

2 hour power!

No but seriously, 2:10 power endurance ride with a 5x5 @100% interval at the end. Felt great. Got a bloody nose about half way through, but kept on going..do I get points for that ?

naw im training (17hr week)
ill start racing in march

I suppose I couldve done blvd as my training today but im lazy.
red trolley tmmrw is a no because i want to do a 4hr ride and then get drunk during the superbowl party so i have my priorities

also fwiw those surgers that i reeled in over and over were just run of the mill 4s. im not like dominating 1/2's here. thatll never happen

Crit work with the team. We had a clinic of sorts with the team and some newer riders that haven't raced. 15 riders total. Our Cat 1 lead the workout. The group stayed together for the first 20 and then he wicked it up. Rode about an hour of based after. I'm beat to a pulp.

TSS 245. IF .963. Time to bump the FTP I think.

Off to Scottsdale tonight on bidnez.

Thanks. It's frustrating. But you know way more than I do about that. It's great to see you off to such a strong start after your disaster of a season last year.
