I got the warranty and the reciept but they tell me cause they have no frames in stock I'm out of luck. Seems they should take care of the customer. That's ok I'll never buy another MONGOOSE BIKE again
cause they didn't put it together right in the first place. had to rant sorry
At least the bike shop that sold it to me won't get anymore of my business
I;ve got a new bike shop now
I have to drive five hours round trip but at least they know bikes
