Coming loose at the spider bolts for the chainring, or coming loose from the bottom bracket? Either way, it's worth trying to figure that out and fix it since most "upgrades" won't really offer a noticeable advantage over what you've got.
It's coming loose at the bottom bracket. I just tightened it again a few weeks ago, if I'm still having problems i guess I'll take it in somewhere...
