Mr ,Evil . OH im sorry I forgot you did not spend 6 years in evil Medical school to be called mister thank you very much!I am also a fan of The Austin powers movies. The lowlife who stole your tires may have replaced them before he stole yours.So Oem tires will not necessarily lead you to the culprit. He must have had a lot of time to steal your tires if they were on your bike unless he stole your wheels as well.I seem to recall there is some sort of lock available for axles does anyone else recall this .Alternatively tou could keep your bike with you if you have an office on campus folders are best for this.
