Good cheap Bay Area bead blast, powdercoaters?

I've search BF but want to get the latest word on what the general consensus is re: good, cheap ($75-$125) bike-friendly / knowledgable Bay Area (prefer East Bay) bead blasters and powdercoaters. I'm hearing Maas Tech in Hayward, D+D and something on Valencia. Has BF arrived at a general consensus re: who's the best deal? Thanks all.
