Can anyone tell me how to use this rivnut tool?

There are a lot of videos on how to do it, this one seems to show the principle pretty clearlyl.
The idea is to hold the nut which is against the Rivnut and the bolt still while turning the other nut to pull the bolt out of the Rivnut, expanding it against the backside of the work.
Heed the advice to lubricate the threads.
