what to do ????
I found this ALAN and i want to use it as a commuter for college..but there is a small stress fracture.. what do i do the stress fracture is in the lug of the head tube?? ideas

Ideas? Why yes, discard the frame and get something else.
The ALAN, IIRC, is an aluminum frame (or carbon with Al lugs?) and the fracture is likely to propagate rapidly to complete failure if you ride it. I don't think you want to be on it when the heatube separates from the rest of the bike. It cannot be repaired in any cost effective way.
