Chain / shifting issues... HELP

My wife has an Orbea Diva with a 50 /34 compact crank.
She just had it tuned up and an issues with shifting still remain...
When she shifts from the big chain ring to the little ring, the chain wants to climb up on the teeth of the crank and will not seat. It sounds like a problem of alignment, but I can't figure it out... Any Ideas would be apprciated!

Thanks,

" chain wants to climb up on the teeth of the crank"
Do you mean big ring?
What cog is she on in the back? If one of the smaller ones, that;s likely the problem.
Does the FDER have a "trim" position? (more than 1 click between rings)

It typically happens when she goes from the big ring to the small ring.
I think the FDR may have more than one trim position, though I am not entirely sure...

Bikes: '96 Litespeed Catalyst, '05 Litespeed Firenze, '06 Litespeed Tuscany, '20 Surly Midnight Special, All are 3x10. It is hilly around here!

You still didn't answer the question. By "climb up on the teeth of the crank and will not seat" do you mean it climbs up onto the teeth of the BIG ring or the SMALL ring?

If it won't release from the big ring, the fd isn't moving far enough during the shift.

If it refuses to seat on the small ring, either the inner limit screw is too tight or you have a crank with ring-spacing wider than is optimum for the chain you are using.
