Charge Plug Handlebar advice?

Charge Plug Handlebar advice?
Hi folks.
I'm enjoying cycling my Charge Plug and learning to cycle it fixed wheel. The handle bars are not spinable as they would hit the frame. Dumb question I know - but how do I alter them so they do not hit the frame? I've thought about putting a Straw Bar on but that would hit it too. Do I need to raise the stem?
