Never seen one. But it can't be too different from other IGHs.

Tell me what the cable does when it gets to the hub, and maybe I can help.

Post a pic, and I can almost certainly help.

What hub do you have? Most of the newer hubs have a way to quickly release the shift cable to remove the wheel. Here are some links to tech info.

T3 hub
I-Motion 3 hub

good luck

Thanks for the replies. It is called SRAM Dual drive because of the 3 speed internal hub and 7 speed deraillure. Also it has what is called a click box.

I used to have some rental bikes with Dual Drive, and I 'm trying to remember exactly how that clikckbox is removed. One thing I can tell you, is the shifter must be in the fully released position, or 3rd gear before you try. Then, there is a lock button that I'm not remembering how it goes. Pushes down from the top to release and up from the bottom to lock or something like that?
Anyway, what I do remember is when you put it back on, you must be sure the shifter is in 3rd gear position, and be sure the lock engages when you push the button. That clickbox is different than those on 7 speeds as it pulls the rod rather than pushing it.
