Super cheap battery(CR2032) for those use Cateye
$2.25 for 5 pieces. $16.95 for 50 pieces. Used in all Cateye cyclocomputers, even in the sensors. The price of 5 piece pack is even cheaper than the price of one piece at local stores.
Click the link below and look for CR 2032.

Are their prices like that all the time?
Any chance they are "almost out of date" batteries?
Thanks...Gary

I get my CR2032 two at a time, with free shipping, from Gillette Duracell, theessentialstore.com. They're fresh, don't need to store more than I can use, and fairly inexpensive at $1.49 each.

Nimmosa, this link is broken. You really need to test your links, dude.

batteryspace.com is really well thought of by electronics enthusiasts, ham radio and RC model afficionados. I have never heard bad about them. YMMV

Things may be getting better!
We bought four of these - by SONY - on Saturday at the local WalMart (E. Leclerc) for 7,32 EUR. That works out to about $2.20 each. Expiration date is 2015.
Much better than I have ever seen anywhere in a retail store.

Since this thread got going a few months ago I bought a bunch of button type (357, 2032, 2016, 2025) and about 40 AA NiMH batteries and chargers for the AA's from these guys. Great prices and delivery and they have some great chargers. I do underwater photography and the strobes really pound on the AA's. Everything has been excellent. I am very happy and, believe me, there is nothing more annoying than to drive fifty miles to go diving, spend an hour getting ready for the dive (not to mention about two hours of camera prep the night before), and then get in the water and not have a strobe or autofocus work because of a battery problem. I have no problem recommending them. I use all of those button batteries in the cameras and dive computers. As I said in an earlier post, put them in a zip lock bag and in the refrigerator and they will last a long time.

It's because of digital camera and big memory card. Before, when people used film camera, the photogs have to come out of the water every 36 shots(at most). Now it's limited only to the size of the memory in the camera.

It's like mice gathering, everybody agrees it's a great idea to put a bell around neck of the cat so that they can hear when it sneaks up on them, but nobody agrees when it comes to who will put it on.

I would agree that's part of it, but it's a lot more complicated than that, in my opinion. I own a high end housing (Sea&See) for my Nikon N90S. The housing alone is ~$2K. Add in the camera body, lens, a couple of u/w strobes and sync cables and the whole thing is up over $4.5K. What you get with this setup is excellent/fast autofocus, great-to-perfect exposure almost every time, ability to fast multi-frame, and amazing photographic flexibility. You are absolutely correct that the 36 shot limitation for a single dive can be very frustrating at times, but there are also many times when it's hard to find enough subject to use up a roll. It kind of evens out over time, but I do hate it when I wish I had more frames. I also own a Canon A70 and the Canon u/w housing for it. The cost of the camera and the housing is <$500. It's very easy to set up and use and I have got some nice pictures with it.
At 3.2MP it's great for posting pictures on-line. But, not really enough for research or publication. That's where film cameras still rule, and will for some time. I have a good friend who owns Underwater Phototech in Derry, NH - one of the top u/w camera system suppliers in the industry - and I have had many digital vs. film discussions with him. He is still selling plenty of film systems, but the digital setups are slowly taking over.
The number of people getting certified as divers has exploded in the last fifteen years and, as a result, so has the number of people doing u/w photography. So, the market for low cost u/w camera systems has gotten bigger and bigger and companies like Canon recognize this and have come out with some pretty cheap housings. The instant gratification factor of digital photography is also a big factor. For high end quality and flexibility film systems still are the best.
BTW, there are plenty of professional u/w photographers that go in the water with two, and even three, cameras. David Doubillet, Nat'l Geographic's top staff u/w photographer for many years, will get in the water with two assistants and 8-10 cameras. People can be very clever about overcoming limitations like "not enough frames".
Your post was very observant.
With bikes, many people correctly observe that it's more important to concentrate on the engine than the machine (I agree) and, in a way, it's like that with cameras, too. In most cases, it's more about the photographer than the camera. One of Life magazine's most famous staff photographers (unfortunately his name escapes me) shot for his entire career with the same Leica rangefinder camera with one lense and no strobe.
