Try this please. Take the wheel off, carefully loosen one of the outer nuts on the axle, then loosen the inner nut by 1/8th turn. Then tighten the outer nut against it, hard. Then see if it does the same thing after riding it for 10 minutes.
If you can, during just this test, try to keep the brake disengaged.
Also, can you answer the other questions? While you have the wheel off, and it's spinning and you're holding the axle with your hands. Did it bind at all? Wobble any?
One more question. What exactly did you tighten? The inner nuts, or the outer nut? Did you hold the inner nut with a wrench while tightening the outer nut with another wrench?

No it didn't.
I will test everything else tomorrow.
thanks.

This has been answered for yu before, but since today I'm willing to pay the toll I'll try to explain it more easily for you...That sound is supposed to be there, it is normal! Your suspension fork has oil and/or air in it that passes through small holes when you ride up on a curb or do your other stunts. You bought n inexpensive [cheap] bike that has a cheap [CHEAP] fork. It is most likely not designed for your weight and style of riding so it is working much harder than a quality fork. Next, how do you get the bike to the shop? Do you ride it? Put it in the car? Do you have to take the front wheel off to get it back home? Where exactly does it “break” after the shop fixes it (at the shop or at home)?
“Everyone should pay the toll… I’m just making the bridge longer and the river deeper.”
“Everyone should pay the toll… I’m just making the bridge longer and the river deeper.”
Because this sound appears almost everytime I jump.

I'm trying to ascertain whether he did try the troubleshooting I asked. If so, maybe I can help; if not, there's nothing else I can do.

"No it didn't" - I assume that you meant that it didn't wobble any, and didn't bind. Right?
"Both" - I assume this means you tightened both the inner and outer nuts.
This could be your problem. You don't want the inner nut tightened down tight. You want it just barely tight, against the hub. You do want a little wobble or play in the axle, when you're holding the wheel (and it's not mounted on the bike).
You may need to start over.

With respect, you are not paying attention. The OP won't try any of your recommendations. He will regurgitate the same comments over and over.
It's annoying
Tell me why
It's a new bike
Can you explain?
The shops say it is OK
I don't have tools
Make it stop
But why?
This will go in circles as long as you allow him to manipulate you.

I already did, back around post #45 ....but, since then, about 50 BF shamans have inserted more needles of their own. And, b/c some of the needles are Campy, I don't have the proper tools to extricate some of the needle-lockrings.

@Stuntex, maybe the mechanics at the shop are right. So when they say it's working fine, just be happy and keep riding.
Next time you have a mechanical problem, bring the bike in to them again.
Isn't it clear that we can't help here?
If it is not clear, please tell us why you think we can help.
