Bikes: No-name LH drive track. Also ride an Exxon Graftek, a Masi, a Trek R200 or a RR Boneshaker for fun!

Split top tube and sheet metal rack remind me of a Western Flyer I once had. If true, value around $50 - $75.

Chime in, vintage experts!

Good Morning, welcome to the forums. Neat bike. I think that is a cantilever style frame and I for one think they are pretty cool. Is there any traces of decals on this anywhere? an outline of a head badge (on the front vertical tube) or anything on the chain guard? What brand is the rear coaster brake? are there any numbers on it?

It could be one of doezen of bikes from the '50 and 60, Western Flyer, Columbia, Western Auto, or could have been built by someone for a private label like M. Schettl sales or even Montgomery Wards

24" or 26" wheels?

Finding the tank and chainguard may not be easy.

Without the tank chainguard and in rough shape with some stuff changed it is just a low end sixties cruiser, not much collectors or riders value, so worth $50-75.

I agree with this evaluation. From the mid-fifties when the 1938 Schwinn cantilever frame patent expired, many manufacturers tried to copy the look with varying degrees of success. The Huffy El Dorado used twin top tubes instead of twin seat stays carried forward to the down tube like the Schwinn design. While the Schwinn frame design resisted any dynamic twisting forces thus keeping the head tube and seat tube aligned in the same plane, the Huffy design was strictly aesthetic.

It has huffy chain ring. Check if your bike has the tri-plane fork crown like the gold example bike Scopper posted.

Your bike also has a funky banana seat, might be early, or even home made.
