I think it may be slightly newer. That looks like an Altus 90 series crankset, which didn't debut until 1995. It also has an E-style front derailleur, which wasn't available until 1995. It also appears to have GripShift, which was spec'd in 1995. Having said that, it also has a suspension fork which wasn't used on the Pueblo during this period, so it doers appear to have been upgraded to some extent. However, the crankset and front derailleur are among the components most likely to be OEM, so it doesn't appear to be any older than 1995. Serial number? Models of major components? Detail pics of these and/ or the actual component numbers from the backside, should help determine the actual year.
