Schwinn Le Tour III

I got this for $18, did I get burned? A bit rough but seems like a good start. It has solid rubber tires on it, they look pretty skinny, it's made in Japan.

$18 is hardly getting burned territory. If you can refresh it yourself, you did fine.

Wash it and you'll feel wiser about your purchase. I always have my eye out for one of these late 70's Le Tours in Pearlecent Orange
