Starjet Sports Tourist CBC New York
I have an old road bike that has a head badge tag that reads STARJET, CBC New York.
The bike says Sports Tourist on the frame. This bike has a ratching pedal sprocket. When you coast, the chain keep moving and you can shift the derailer while coasting. I don't know how old this bike is. I could have had it for 30 or more years.
Just wondering if anyone knows what it is and has seen them before and if it has any value?

Out fishing with Annie on his lap, a cigar in one hand and a ginger ale in the other, watching the sunset.

Probably out of the 1980's since it sounds like it has the Shimano INteger system on it with the freewheel on the crank.

It's a Ross by another name. CBC = Chain Bike Corporation.
As for Value it's hard to say without a picture or knowledge of other specifications. There was a Starjet that sold here on craiglist a couple months ago for $120, but this a pretty hot college market so I would probably expect less than that. It was also just about mint in condition too.
