The prices of these 750s are all over the place. I've seen them under $100 to over $600.
This one looks clean and original. I'd expect to see it listed at $300 in my market. The 23" is more rare, so maybe $350.

Condition matters. This bike looks to have lived a sheltered life.

Pre covid, a couple hundred bucks, though I picked up one a few years ago for $140..ended up selling it for same as I found a '91 in like new condition the next day for $100. Today..in my area, in good condition, they are most often seen in the $300 area, which still seems like a lot, but that's the common asking. There's one guy locally that has one juiced up with all kinds of higher-end components, mustache bars...and was asking $1k..now, after many months is down to $850. While 750s are excellent bikes/frames (great base for hybrid, DB gravel, or DB touring setups) it probably isn't the best bet to install an XT group, boutique headset and pricey wheels. I have seen them fitted out with some better components/wheels and weighing in at sub 24lbs..not bad for an older steel hybrid that's not necessarily designed for such things.
750s are certainly on the list of all-time great bikes.

That is a trek I would buy especially at $100
