Thinking about picking this up today, what do you all think it's worth? Completely original, hardly ridden

I sold a 105 equipped 'dale in much worse condition for $275 last spring, but I think that was a little inflated. I would say in very clean condition it's worth $250-300 on a normal day, depending on market.

Although I could be off base, I'm not really selling or buying bikes this year but it seems to me that prices are down

Excuse me, SC600. It has all the specs of a US model, but the paint scheme of the French model. Hmm, I figured it may appeal to hipsters with the pink splatterness

That's a great model run. Have one in storage myself, but I think maybe it's a '93 with RX100.
Maybe this summer I'll scrub it down and rehab it. Sweet ride, nice shifter.
Is that a 60? Find a tall rider and you can get a nice price for it...in the DC market, $450 easy.

I have found the 3.0 frames to be more comfortable and less "crack n fail-y" as they are touted. I think it is a rumor that the internet has perpetuated. it's no steel, that's for sure, but it's not that bad! you just have to take more frequent pee breaks... i picked it up, but mostly for the frame. too cool to pass on, and the 105 components are near mint (anyone need a 1055 full group?)

Robbie, I'm off the bikes for two months. Played tag in a roundabout with a 16 yr old girl in an Acura. Broken ulna and a screw in my scaphoid

Yikes I need to bring my bikes to DC to sell. I thought Boston was a hot market but for anything with downtube shifters to hit $450 it needs to be high end steel. Actually there have even been some high end steel bikes sitting at around that price for a while....

Man, that stinks. I hope you get well soon, and was it on Hillsborough? They build those things and don't give lessons to drivers...

If you need any wrenching done, just let me know, I'll keep you up to date and won't steal them (only because they don't fit).

That C'dale has caught the eye of one of my riding partners, he being drrobwave, whom I've managed to corrupt into C&V and building.
If it's still around in 2-3 months, he'd be interested in buying that, perhaps. (I built a very similar R700 2.8 for his daughter).

It was indeed. I should be more pissed, but I understand accidents happen

I have the frame hanging on the wall besides the 564 you hooked me up with.

No doubt. Around here unless really exotic if it doesn't have brifters and mid line $175-200. Higher end with better parts like above doing good to get $250. 8Speed STI you start to see $300-350.
