Nishiki vs Spalding Blade vs (Unfinished) Cannondale H300

Hey everyone, I'm a college student looking for a cheap, light, & affordable bike that'll help me get around. I'd be willing to invest and make a project out of the bike as well but I'm just not too sure in regards to what's good. These are some of the bikes that I've been looking at.

how tall are you? the nishiki is bigger than the other two, and, honestly you'll need time, tools, space and components to finish the Cdale. buy a complete bike, first, since you need transpo.

figure out the size bike you need first. The Nishiki needs work and the spalding is ocerprice by $140.

Look at the length of the headtube and the spacing between the top tube and diagonal downtube. It takes year of experience!

you probably need a 56cm frame, although I am the same height as you and prefer a 58cm. Makes the handlebars higher relative to seat position and less cramped feeling.

Neither the Nishiki nor the C-Dale are the right size.

Low $200's

Ahh so you recommend getting something around the 58cm mark? Would 59 be too big then? Im not sure what my measurements are but i just wanna make sure that ill be able to stand over it. And how about these deals?

Google bike sizing, height is just one part of it.
