Krapf?
I'm still keeping my eye on racing bikes over here in Eastern Europe, and now the sun is here some interesting things are cropping up. One that caught my eye is this Krapf bike with shimano 600 equipment.
I've googled around a bit but not found too much solid info. Some say they were a Swiss company, others Austrian, and I have no idea what model this is or what steel it's made of. Maybe it's me, but that frame looks a bit smaller than a 56cm to my eye. Any help would be much appreciated.
(Oh, also, anyone think this Gitane is worth checking out?)

No! Look at the TT and DT just past the lugs. Big dents resulting from a head on collision with something. Value only in the components. The other one has poor photos, can't tell much. I also don't know your market or exchange rate, but if I were you I would try to find a nice forum member in your area to discuss options.
